Friday 19 August: The Baltic Sea - Travemunde to Helsinki

 A good night’s sleep in our spacious cabin. The sea is like a mill pond. We’ve lost another hour as we enter Eastern European time so have leisurely buffet brunch at 10.30 local time. A bit of reading on deck and our first sauna on board a ship! Separate males and females and certainly no swimming costumes required! We enjoy a glass of Gruner Veltliner on the deck in the evening sunshine before a Buffet supper which we misjudge slightly by arriving a bit late to find a lot hoovered up already. Still manage to taste reindeer, elk and wild boar as well as some delicious salmon and unexpected inclusive wine and beer!
